Attorney Pauline Rosen is an experienced mediator committed to helping clients throughout the South Bay community and the greater Los Angeles area to resolve the dissolution of their marriage through non-adversarial ways: mediation and collaborative law, so-called “no court” divorce. Pauline provides competent, compassionate, and personalized divorce and family law services to efficiently resolve divorce disputes and other family law matters.

Knowledgeable Los Angeles Family Law Attorney & Mediator

Pauline has been practicing family law since 1994. She is well-regarded throughout the legal community for ethically and aggressively representing the interests of her clients. Pauline was previously selected as a Super Lawyer in a peer review listing by Los Angeles Magazine, placing her in the top five percent of family law attorneys in the Los Angeles area. Additionally, Pauline has been honored as a Lawyer of Distinction for 2018-22.

For approximately 20 years, Pauline served regularly as an attorney-mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court located in Los Angeles and Torrance, acting as the Family Law Daily Settlement Officer. In her private practice, Pauline has successfully mediated numerous cases, including complex marital property matters such as family-run businesses, professional practices, and separate property claims requiring tracing.

Mediation. Pauline serves as a neutral mediator for parties seeking to resolve their issues outside of Court. She mediates all aspects of child custody, child support, spousal support, retirement benefits, pension plans, personal property, real property, and closely-held business interests. As part of our full-service program for parties with pending Court cases, the agreements reached in mediation are drafted as formal Court judgments or orders and submitted to the Court so they are legally binding on the parties as orders of Court. This can be accomplished without either party ever having to go to court personally.

Collaborative Law. Pauline engages in the collaborative law team approach for those clients willing to agree to forego litigation and work with a team of professionals to reach an out of Court agreement, fully resolving their divorce. The collaborative team consists of adult and child mental health professionals, financial planners, and lawyers working together to help a couple deal with the emotional, parental, financial, and legal aspects of their divorce.

The firm regularly works with leading forensic accountants (CPAs), mental health professionals, actuaries, vocational evaluators, and appraisers to help ensure our clients receive a fair and lasting result.
